Privacy policy

When you request an estimate or appointment, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, service request, project details, location, and preferred appointment time. We use this information to respond to you, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and provide requested services.

The website may process limited technical request data to prevent abuse, secure forms, and diagnose delivery failures. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Google Calendar access and use

With permission from the business Google account, the website uses the Google Calendar API only to operate online appointment scheduling. It reads busy time ranges from the dedicated Website Estimates calendar so it can show open times without displaying the titles, descriptions, attendees, or other details of existing calendar events to website visitors. It also reads event and private request identifiers needed to prevent double bookings and duplicate submissions.

When you submit an appointment request, the website writes your name, email address, phone number, requested service, project details, appointment start and end times, and private duplicate-protection identifiers to the Website Estimates calendar. This information is used only to schedule and manage the requested estimate. It is stored in the business Google Calendar account and remains there until it is no longer needed for scheduling, service, business records, or legal obligations, or until the business deletes it. The website does not maintain a separate customer database for appointment requests.

Google processes this calendar data to provide Google Calendar. The calendar is controlled by C.A.P. Commercial Painting LLC and is available only to people the business authorizes through its Google account. Google Calendar data is not transferred to third parties except as described in this policy, when needed to provide or secure the scheduling service, to comply with law, or to act on your request.

Other service providers

Resend receives the contact or appointment details needed to deliver notification email to the business. For an appointment request, that email also includes the private Google Calendar event link returned after the event is created so authorized business staff can open and manage the appointment. Resend does not receive information about other calendar events. Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We keep inquiries, calendar records, and related business communications only as needed to respond, schedule work, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
